Leena's Spicy Garlic (wing???) Sauce

So, Leena has never been a huge buffalo wing fan. Just did not care for the sauce. In 2018 it hit her "I'm going to make my own wing sauce." She pulled together some of her favorite ingredients (garlic being a main) and created her spicy garlic wing sauce, but after hearing from so many customers that they were using it on eggs, mac & cheese / fish / soups / salads / etc... she decided to drop "wing" from the label. It's spicy garlicky with a bit of heat and a bit of sweet.
